North Carolina : Jessica and I drove down to Southern Pines, North Carolina for her best friend's husband's fortieth birthday party. We got to explore a little of downtown Pinehurst and Southern Pines (the U.S. Amateur was being held in Pinehurst that weekend, so we couldn't get to the most famous of all North Carolina's courses). I got to play a lovely round of golf, Jessica got recruited to help set up the surprise party and we both visited the Creation/Antique Tools/Taxidermy Museum. The few pictures are the consequence of my poor camera; it broke mid-trip; most of the party pictures came out to fuzzy to fix........

A Day at Fort Dix : Dad and I went on a shooting spree with the F.B.I. Philadelphia field office a few years back. We took these pictures with my old Treo, so they're not the best, but it really was a great day! I remember we both felt very invigorated after firing off a few hundred rounds. I regret not getting more involved with the program (it was a tough time in my life, unfortunately).

Valley Forge National Park : Some pictures from Valley Forge National Park. I wanted to test out a lense my brother gave me in natural light, and a tripod I purchased recently. I was generally dissatisfied with both. The Park itself is odd; a lot of the interesting structures are not accessible by the paths; it is very popular among joggers and walkers, yet I sense the history is lost on most of them.
